Webinar and Video Hosting Provider Integration
One of the biggest headaches running an online event is matching attendees to your list of invitees or registrants.
Knowing who attended allows you to send post-event “Thanks for attending” and “Sorry you couldn’t make it” emails. It’s also a high-value action that feeds nicely into lead scoring.
We’ve integrated with Brightcove, BrightTALK, ON24, Wistia and Zoom to automate this matching process. The integrations also feed a Videos dashboard under the Reports menu, showing a trend chart on average engagement as well as individual viewers.
To setup a video integration, go to Integrations under Options and expand Video. You’ll need to be an administrator and have the following information for a given provider.
