Editing Event Emails

The Event Schedule determines the invitation, confirmation, reminder and follow-up emails associated with your event. While most of the content in these is dynamically pulled from the event itself, you can edit them as you wish.

To edit an email, simply pick it from the dropdown above the email preview and click the pencil icon.

This pops you into the Email Builder and allows you to make any edits you like such as changing copy, adding or removing layouts, etc. See Creating an Email for more on using our email builder.

Note that you can’t select a list when editing an event email, because the list is added to the event itself. More on that under Inviting and Launching.

When you’re happy with the email, you can return to the event by hitting Done Editing on the top right of the page.
