Updated Pages in the StoneShot Integration for Salesforce

We’re refreshing the pages within StoneShot’s Salesforce integration to bring them in line with the main StoneShot platform.

This update includes:

  • A CRM sync status indicator on the homepage, with hover details on exactly what’s synced and when
  • A more direct import path — Import Contacts will take you straight to the importer.
  • Field mappings moved into Settings, where admins can create, edit, and delete mappings, with hover details explaining each sync direction
  • A reworked Contact Management page with dedicated tabs for Changed Contacts, Changed Leads, New Contacts/Leads, Deleted Contacts, and Deleted Leads

These changes are designed to give you clearer visibility into your sync status and a simpler way to manage your Salesforce data.

Suppress Staff and Event Agencies within an Event

Exclude staff, speakers, and agency contacts from an event’s registration and capacity metrics, while still tracking their attendance separately. Set default domains and contacts in the Advanced tab, then suppress them per event with a single toggle — flagged staff appear on the contact grid, and metrics show a “Staff” indicator so nothing’s hidden, just separated.
