The launch was driven by findings from StoneShot’s 2025 Professional Investor Marketing Research, which revealed a growing demand for simpler, smarter event experiences. When asked how they preferred to add registered events to their calendars, only 19% of professional investors said they were satisfied with downloading calendar files, while 54% said they wanted meeting invites to go straight into their calendar automatically.
With Instant Calendar Invites, StoneShot is helping event marketers meet that expectation. Once a registrant signs up for an event, a native calendar invitation is automatically sent to their inbox. With a single click on Accept, the event appears directly in their calendar. The feature works seamlessly across all major platforms including Outlook, Office 365, Google Calendar, and Apple Calendar.
