Does the integration work both ways?
Yes. Data moves in both directions—CRM to StoneShot for contacts and accounts, and StoneShot to CRM for campaign and event engagement. You can define the field mapping and which platform is the "master" for each field. You can also sent manual sync at a field level to check-in each update.
Is setup complex?
No. We like to work with our clients on setup though you can do it yourself. It usually takes an hour or two with your CRM administrator.
