Select <strong>View All<\/strong> to go to the Emails page, then select an email to open its preview, and select <strong>View Report<\/strong> to see its full campaign report.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stoneshot.com\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/SSFS-Emails-Page.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Your campaign report shows detailed performance metrics for the email, scoped to your own contacts only.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stoneshot.com\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/SSFS-Campaign-Report.png\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Key Metrics<\/h2>\n<p>At the top of the report are the email&#8217;s launch details, alongside its key metrics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sends<\/strong> \u2013 the number of emails sent<\/li>\n<li><strong>Open Rate<\/strong> \u2013 the percentage of unique contacts who opened the email<\/li>\n<li><strong>Click Rate<\/strong> \u2013 the percentage of unique contacts who clicked a link in the email<\/li>\n<li><strong>Links Clicked<\/strong> \u2013 the number of unique link URLs clicked<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-id=\"Vf1ylKpSh9FH3u\" data-type=\"unstyled\">Hover over the trend indicator on any metric to see how it compares across the previous 30 days.<\/p>\n<p data-id=\"Vf1ylKpSh9FH3u\" data-type=\"unstyled\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stoneshot.com\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/SSFS-Campaign-Report-Graphs.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p data-id=\"Vf1ylKpSh9FH3u\" data-type=\"unstyled\">Below the key metrics are two graphs. <strong>Email Performance<\/strong> tracks opens, clicks, opt-outs, and bounces over time, while <strong>Engagement<\/strong> shows the breakdown of read engagement across the email by percentage.<\/p>\n<h2 data-id=\"Vf1ylKpSh9FH3u\" data-type=\"unstyled\">Clicked Links<\/h2>\n<p>The Clicked Links panel lists each link in the email alongside the number of contacts who clicked it.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stoneshot.com\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/SSFS-Campaign-Report-Clicked-Links.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Select a link to see the individual contacts who engaged with it, then select a contact to go to their contact record.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stoneshot.com\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/SSFS-Campaign-Report-Clicked-Links-2.png\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Contacts Grid<\/h2>\n<p>Finally, the Contacts Grid shows every contact who was sent the email and is assigned to you. Each contact appears once, with their activity consolidated into a single row. The Engagement column highlights each contact&#8217;s highest level of engagement, so you can scan performance at a glance.<\/p>\n<p>You can customize the table by reordering columns, sorting data, and applying filters.
