From one location, you can configure logos, colour palettes, typography, buttons and disclaimers.<\/p>\n<p>Once configured, these elements become available as predefined options within the Email Builder, making it easy for users to create consistent, on-brand emails.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stoneshot.com\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/brand-manager.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> After making any changes in the Brand Manager, click the green <strong>Publish<\/strong> button in the top-right corner to make the latest version available in your email templates.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stoneshot.com\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/brand-manager-publish2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1125\" height=\"410\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Accessing the Brand Manager<\/h2>\n<p>The Brand Manager is available to Admin users only. To access it navigate to <strong>Options &gt; Brand Manager<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The Brand Manager is divided into six sections:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Logos<\/li>\n<li>Font Colours<\/li>\n<li>Background Colours<\/li>\n<li>Typography<\/li>\n<li>Buttons<\/li>\n<li>Disclaimers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Managing Brand Components<\/h2>\n<p>Most sections within the Brand Manager follow the same process for adding or editing items.<\/p>\n<h3>1. Add a new component<\/h3>\n<p>Click the <strong>+<\/strong> icon in the top-right corner of the relevant section. Complete the required fields and <strong>Save<\/strong>. <strong>Publish<\/strong> the changes to make these components available within the Email Builder.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stoneshot.com\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/brand-manager-add-new.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>2. Edit an existing component<\/h3>\n<p>Go to the component you want to update, click <strong>Edit<\/strong> (or simply click the component), make your changes, and <strong>Save<\/strong>. Finally, click the <strong>Publish<\/strong> button in the top right.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stoneshot.com\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/brand-manager-edit.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>3. Delete a component<\/h3>\n<p>Select the component you want to remove, then click the orange <strong>Bin<\/strong> icon in the bottom-left corner.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stoneshot.com\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/brand-manager-delete.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Managing Logos<\/h2>\n<p>Once logos have been set up in the Brand Manager, you can easily switch them in and out of your email templates.<\/p>\n<p>Each logo is configured with the correct spacing and exclusion zones based on your brand guidelines, helping to ensure your branding remains consistent and displays correctly across your email designs.<\/p>\n<p>To add a new logo, click the <strong>+<\/strong> icon in the top-right corner of the <strong>Logos<\/strong> section. Enter a unique <strong>Logo Name<\/strong>, then upload and select your logo from the Image Manager in the <strong>Image URL<\/strong> field. Add the destination link for the logo in the <strong>Link URL<\/strong> field, set either the <strong>Width<\/strong> or <strong>Height<\/strong> to control the logo size, and add <strong>Alt Text<\/strong> to improve accessibility. Once complete, click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stoneshot.com\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/brand-manager-logo.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Managing Font Colours and Background Colours<\/h2>\n<p>You can create reusable brand colours for use throughout your email templates.<\/p>\n<p>To add a new colour, click the <strong>+<\/strong> icon in either the <strong>Font Colours<\/strong> or <strong>Background Colours<\/strong> section, enter a unique <strong>Colour Name<\/strong>, specify either the <strong>HEX<\/strong> or <strong>RGB<\/strong> colour value, <strong>Save<\/strong> and <strong>Publish<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stoneshot.com\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/brand-manager-colours.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Managing Typography<\/h2>\n<p>Typography allows you to define consistent text styles across your emails. You can define up to six styles for headings and as many custom text stylings as you&#8217;d like.<\/p>\n<p>Click the <strong>+<\/strong> icon in the <strong>Typography<\/strong> section, select <strong>Add a custom style<\/strong>, fill in the fields and <strong>Save<\/strong>. Finally, <strong>Publish<\/strong> the changes.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stoneshot.com\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/brand-manager-typography.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Managing Buttons<\/h2>\n<p>To add a new button, click the <strong>+<\/strong> icon in the <strong>Buttons<\/strong> section. Enter a unique <strong>Button Name<\/strong>, then configure the button styling options, including the font, font size, font style, line height, text colour, background colour, border colour, border size, padding, and corner radius.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stoneshot.com\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/brand-manager-button.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Once you have configured your button style, click <strong>Save<\/strong>. Remember to click <strong>Publish<\/strong> to make the button available as a predefined option within the Email Builder.<\/p>\n<h2>Managing Disclaimers<\/h2>\n<p>Disclaimers can be created once and reused across your email templates.<\/p>\n<p>To add a new disclaimer, click the <strong>+<\/strong> icon in the <strong>Disclaimers<\/strong> section, enter a unique <strong>Disclaimer Name<\/strong>, and add the disclaimer text.<\/p>\n<p>To add a hyperlink, highlight the relevant text, click the <strong>Insert\/Edit Link<\/strong> icon, and enter the URL or hosted document link.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stoneshot.com\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/brand-manager-disclaimer-links.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" \/><\/p>\n<p>To apply one of the predefined Typography styles you&#8217;ve configured in the Brand Manager, use the <strong>Style<\/strong> dropdown.
