Event-Level Contact Statuses<\/h2>\n
We\u2019re introducing a more streamlined way to view and understand contact engagement across multi-session events.<\/p>\n
Currently, event data displays multiple rows per contact when they interact with more than one session. With this update, activity will be consolidated into a single view per contact, making it easier to interpret engagement at a glance.<\/p>\n
Key enhancements include:<\/p>\n

- A redesigned event contacts table with a single row per contact<\/li>\n
- A new Status Overview column, highlighting the highest level of engagement achieved<\/li>\n
- A Session-level view that displays a column per session to provide detailed visibility across the event<\/li>\n
- Reorderable columns, allowing you to click, hold, and drag column headers to your preferred layout<\/li>\n
- Sortable columns across the entire table, with ascending and descending options available on each column, including the newly renamed Activity Date column (previously \u201cDate\u201d)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

We\u2019re rolling out some updates to the event builder that make it easier to navigate, manage, and preview your event schedules and communications.<\/p>\n
Key enhancements include:<\/p>\n

- Extended schedule descriptions, now displaying the associated session name(s) directly within each schedule item<\/li>\n
- The ability to open the Edit modal by clicking directly on a schedule item<\/li>\n
- Updates to the schedule item menu, including:\n

- A new \u201cPreview Email\u201d option to view the selected email within the builder<\/li>\n
- A new \u201cEdit Email\u201d option for direct access to the email editor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

<\/figure>\nManage Campaign Codes at the Event Level<\/h2>\n
We\u2019re enhancing flexibility by enabling campaign codes to be managed directly at the event level. This update will allow you to apply and manage campaign codes more efficiently across events, while ensuring consistency across communications. Updates made to a campaign code at the event level will automatically be reflected in existing emails, helping maintain alignment across your marketing activity.<\/p>\n

January 26, 2026<\/div>\nUpdated Event Schedule Launch Flow<\/h2>\n
Events are now automatically “Live” when they\u2019re created. We’ve removed the Launch button so instead of launching an event to activate schedules, schedules can be enabled or disabled individually using simple toggles. Master Enable All<\/b> and Disable All<\/b> controls are also available, making it easier to manage multiple schedules quickly and efficiently.<\/p>\n
The current schedule status is always visible in the Status chip below the event’s name, so you can quickly see whether communications are active.<\/p>\n
Schedules become disabled once they’re complete. Additionally, when you clone an event, the schedule will also be disabled.<\/p>\n

<\/figure>\nEnhanced QR Code Delivery for Event Check-In<\/h2>\n
QR code functionality has been extended to ensure attendees can always access their codes. If a QR code does not display in an email client, attendees are automatically directed to a browser-based landing page where their QR code is available. This guarantees reliable access and supports faster, smoother check-in using Event Check-In.<\/p>\n

Eden<\/a> is now available as the first point of support within StoneShot. The updated AI chat client is accessible across more environments and can answer common questions, guide users to relevant resources, and help clients get quick assistance when they need it. Additionally, Eden remembers past discussions within the same session on a user level to provide continuity.<\/p>\n
