To change the date range for these stats just choose the filter icon and pick a new reporting option.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full\" style=\"border: solid 1px #e2e5ea; padding: 10px;\" src=\"\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/ss4sf1-new.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"876\" height=\"295\" \/><\/p>\n<p>By choosing a list option from the dropdown view the user can view just their contacts in any visible StoneShot list.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full\" style=\"border: solid 1px #e2e5ea; padding: 10px;\" src=\"\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/ss4sf2-new.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"181\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Additionally, users can import a new list, by choosing the + icon and then selecting from either a Salesforce report or a Salesforce campaign. New contacts will be imported directly into <strong>My Contacts<\/strong> where they can begin to send them personalised, fully-tracked emails.<\/p>\n<p>By choosing the Action button at the top users also have the option to Delete or Export contacts. Deleting contacts removes them only from the users\u2019 StoneShot for Sales instance, these contacts will still exist in Salesforce and StoneShot.<\/p>\n<h2>Sending an email<\/h2>\n<p>To send an email, a user can click on the <strong>New Email<\/strong> button and by using the simple editor, can get their email out to their users quickly, on-brand, and fully tracked.<\/p>\n<p>Firstly, they need to pick a recipient list. This can be from one of three sources:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A StoneShot list<\/li>\n<li>A Salesforce Report<\/li>\n<li>A Salesforce Campaign Member List<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full\" style=\"border: solid 1px #e2e5ea; padding: 10px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stoneshot.com\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/ss4sf3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1035\" height=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full\" style=\"border: solid 1px #e2e5ea; padding: 10px;\" src=\"\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/ss4sf4-new.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"940\" height=\"254\" \/><\/p>\n<p>After a list source has been chosen just hit <strong>Go<\/strong> and we will get the list ready in the background, add it directly to your email, and you can begin working on your email.<\/p>\n<p>Alternately users can select an entire list or individual contacts from the My Contacts page prior to preparing their email. You will see how many contacts are selected clearly above the list. After making your selection choose the \u2018Send Email\u2019 button.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full\" style=\"border: solid 1px #e2e5ea; padding: 10px;\" src=\"\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/ss4sf5-new.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"394\" height=\"350\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Now you can begin to edit and personalise this email for your contacts.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Add a subject line<\/li>\n<li>Schedule the email choosing a send date, time and time-zone.<\/li>\n<li>Select a template from the on-brand, fully tracked StoneShot templates by choosing an option from the dropdown or just type your own \u2018outlook-style\u2019 message directly into the editor.<\/li>\n<li>Use the editor features to personalise your email, adding text, images and links<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you want to manually add a few extra contacts just begin typing in the List bar, select their email and when your email is ready just hit <strong>Launch<\/strong> to send it off to your select group of contacts.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full\" style=\"border: solid 1px #e2e5ea; padding: 10px;\" src=\"\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/ss4sf6-new.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"930\" height=\"389\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Reports<\/h2>\n<p>On opening the Reports page, Sales team members will see an overview of any campaigns that they have sent out personally.
