If you use the Salesforce integration with StoneShot, you’ll know that keeping your data clean in StoneShot means updating Salesforce first and then syncing it back to Salesforce. It works but can sometimes be time-consuming.
With bi-directional syncing, you’ll now be able to update StoneShot and sync it back to Salesforce.
When turned on, the bi-directional sync option now allows for any changes made in the StoneShot database to overwrite the details within Salesforce, with any changes made in Salesforce syncing down to StoneShot too.
This can be turned on for individual fields so you still have complete control on what gets sent back to Salesforce.
