The Core

Luckily, at StoneShot, we use our heads. And The Core.

Each month we get a feed containing the individuals and firms that are (or have been) regulated by the FSA. We slice and dice the database into lists of advisory and discretionary financial advisors, brokers, providers and more. We flag anything that's changed from the previous month and tag a web domain against each firm to aid the matching process. We call the database The Core.

Now comes the clever bit.

The Match

With our pals from the International Association of Data Nerds, we've developed powerful algorithms that seamlessly match your data to The Core.

First name, surname, previous names, short names - we've got it all sewn up to match every Tom, Dick and Harriet on your list. Then our high-foreheaded henchmen match the company using PhD-level fuzzy logic, a system so fabulous that we can even match a record from just an email address.

Once we've done that, each record in your list gets a CoreID for blisteringly fast monthly matching. Core blimey.

The Clean-Up

Here's the fun bit: getting your list as clean as a nun's conscience. We'll get your campaigns friendly and personal, with corrections on title, first name and surname. We'll clean up your company names and dig out FSA status against each individual. We'll show which addresses are good to go and when we last saw activity, based on the four million emails we send to IFAs each year. That's a lot of emails.

You can then either fix the addresses yourself or we'll do it for you from our opt-in database.
