Our new technology platform is just around the corner. Advisers in our first and second migrations benefited from activating their logins in advance, so they were ready to start using the platform from day one.

 

Simply use Unipass or your existing username and password, choose a memorable picture and phrase, plus a security question, and we’ll take care of everything else. This process normally takes just 3 minutes to complete – a small number of users may need to call us to complete their activation.

The first set of restrictions for online switches, rebalancing, and Bed and ISA instructions begin on 16 February. This means we must receive your online instructions by close of business on 15 February, if you want them carried out before restrictions begin. Once the restrictions have commenced, we strongly recommend holding onto instructions and completing these online when the new system opens, as this will be the quickest way for your clients’ instructions to be completed.

 

Please also hold making any changes to your name or email address and avoid sending us payments during this period.
