Preparing your clients for migration: 25 to 28 February

This week sees us approach a major milestone ahead of the launch of our new technology platform, by writing to your clients.
 
Beforehand, you’ll receive a communications pack in the post to help you prepare for our new technology. Please read this, as it details how we will support you, the key things you need to know and what happens next.
 
We continue to monitor the ongoing Covid situation closely. Having successfully completed our second migration during the November lockdown, at present, we are confident of completing your migration in a remote environment. All our online migration support resources are available on our Adviser Support Hub and we encourage you to start getting ready now.

 
 
We are writing to your clients shortly
Your clients will receive a letter and brochure, and access to their new Terms and Conditions from 15 January. This communication will confirm our intended migration date and will highlight the key changes to our new technology platform.
